Global Online Workshop (2025)
The Global Online Workshop (GOW) was held November 10-14, 2025, using the GatherTown platform. The goal of the GOW was to provide an opportunity for INSTILS members to begin to get familiar with each other's work in the area of ILS. During the first three days, there were presentations from:

On the last two days, we held discussions about a range of different categories of ILS skills, including:

- Metalinguistic Skills
- Language Documentation Skills
- Language Pedagogical Skills
- Community Language Planning Skills
- Culture and Worldview Skills
These discussions laid the foundation for DISTILS-01 that took place the following May.
